Eleni Kostaki is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technical University of Sitia, with many years of experience in clinical, preventive and sports nutrition.
Since the beginning of her professional career, she has specialized in a wide range of fields, such as:
\u2022 Childhood obesity,
\u2022 Metabolic disorders,
\u2022 Genetic nutrition & microbiome (with specialized diagnostic tests),
\u2022 Gastrointestinal disorders,
\u2022 Menopause & Old Age,
\u2022 Modification of eating behavior,
\u2022 Nutritional support in particular phases of life (pregnancy, breastfeeding, infertility).<\/p>

She completed her internship at the Venizelio General Hospital of Heraklion, with an emphasis on childhood obesity and clinical nutrition. She then worked as a Senior Dietitian - Nutritionist at a specialized Nutrition and Metabolism Center, where she designed and implemented personalized weight management, metabolism and eating behavior programs, gaining substantial clinical experience.
Since 2014, he has maintained a private nutrition and metabolism center, providing personalized nutritional support and systematic monitoring to people of all ages.
In recent years, he has been actively involved in the field of Sports Nutrition, having attended specialized seminars and scientific programs regarding:<\/p>

\u2022 Pre-competition and post-training nutritional support,
\u2022 Prevention of muscle injuries through nutrition,
\u2022 Fatigue recovery and management,

He constantly participates in scientific conferences and training programs, aiming to apply the most modern scientific data in practice.
