Striliga Nefeli is a graduate of the SEFAA of Komotini with specializations in Classical Sports / Rehabilitation of Chronic Diseases and Mass Sports. .
He has presented a paper on the topic "Injuries of SEFAA students during their 1st year of admission - Causes and prevention".
and followed by a 6-month internship in exercise protocols for diabetic patients and patients after Cardiac Surgery (in collaboration with Sismanoglio Hospital and Democritus University)
He specialized very early on in patients with spinal diseases under the guidance of F. Vamvoukakis and the late professor of orthopedics at the University Hospital of Heraklion, Dr. Hatzipavlou. .
She is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with 2 degrees 100 RYT and 200 RYT respectively and Pilates mat and Reformer. She also holds Aerial and Perinatal Yoga certifications. .
In her 15-year career, she has worked in personalized multi-parametric training (one on one lessons), in classical sports training for young children/in training vulnerable groups/in teaching Yoga and Pilates to selected client groups. .
She recently created her own wellness community with the aim of addressing chronic pain, holistically treating practitioners for a better quality of life. .
