Maria Markaki is a graduate of the Trikala School of Physical Education with a specialization in Special Education and a postgraduate degree in the Postgraduate Program in EXERCISE AND HEALTH: EVALUATION AND PRESCRIPTION. In her thesis, she published an article on «Intervention strategies in the Physical Education lesson in general school to enhance social interaction in a student with autism spectrum disorder: a case study».
Specializing in strength training, functional training and fitness improvement programs. She has experience in guiding individuals of all ages and fitness levels, in the education, support and exercise of children in special education.
-Certified in therapeutic swimming and therapeutic exercise, yoga and special physical education
-Professional experience as a Special Education Trainer in KDAP MEA, gyms, camps and sports clubs
-Coach and former track and field athlete.
